SCAMMERS WHO STEAL CLIENT'S MONEY! I currently have an open State Bar complaint against Andrew Ellis, Boris Briskin, and Nikta Yazdi, and I will be suing them for legal malpractice. They didn't prepare my case for trial, and forced me into a settlement where they would keep 100% of my money. I was injured in a car crash and I still have pain but ended up with nothing thanks to these CROOKS! They are also working with the doctor's that they refer you to, it's all a SCAM! If anyone is interested, we should file a Class Action case against them as it's obvious that they have been scamming a lot of other clients. RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN! RUN!

Receptionist is extremely rude and unhelpful. When I asked her for help on a case, after explaining I've reached out multiple times with no response, she advised there's no one else I can reach out for help too, and that there was nothing she can do to help me.

They couldn’t settle the case then I eventually told them why don’t we just have my insurance company pay for my medical bills. Which worked but then my insurance paid 20,000 Altogether . My medical bills got 10,000. They kept 9500 and I was given $500 for my pain and suffering. I believe they ripped me off pretty well. They called the 9500 expenses which I guess were in the contract. Be careful they are crooks

i was hit by a truck.twice because couldn't see my car. i was in a ralph's parking lot. ihad seen him having trouble trying to park it said to myself oh lord don't hit me. when i came out of the store,got into my car and guess who is behind me? the guy who can't drive a truck i was stopped for pedestrians and through the turmoil i thought if i hadn't been in front of him,he would have hurt those people badly. the irony of it all was i had been in a rear end collision and pushed under a truck 8 months prior to this. the guy who hit me sped off and the truck i was under, the guy was pulling me out not to save me but to yell at me. he saw all the glass and stuff and he sped off too! so after ralph's i was on my way to my neurologist's office to get the okay to resume my activities. now i'm on my way to the ER. 2 neck injuries in 8 months.the truck guy at ralph's was looking down at his pager. then he started laughing at me.a friend suggested andrew Ellis to me and i was seen quickly. i was treated so well. i know i get wordy at times but the gentleman listened to my story.so lovely. i was taken care of in a timely manner and my calls were taken.the case settled and i felt important. i had been hurt and i didn't want to listen to some blowhard telling how great he was. this company is so good. my neurologist begged me not to get rear ended again. my neck couldn't take it.ellis law is a class act. god forbid you are hurt, but this is where you go to be taken care of.

If I could give him a zero I would. He's a horrible human being. Watch out for him. He makes sure to pay himself, the Doctors he works with, and what ever is left over the person that actually got hurt gets next to nothing! When other lawfirms divide the money in 3 ways to make sure the actual person hurt gets something. Plus he's rude, arrogant and instead of being there for you he yells at you and is just a horrible person. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH HIM! I'm actually talking about Andrew Ellis himself and his practice.
