Due to increased travel restrictions for COVID-19, my wife and I had to cancel our wedding at a resort in Mexico. We believed, per the contract, that we qualified for a refund; the resort did not agree and was giving us the run around. Insert Alex, who analyzed the contract and clearly articulated our case in Spanish directly to the executive leadership team at the resort. Within a few days we had confirmation that we would be receiving a refund!

He also dealt with name talent, their representation (talent agency) and attorneys, solving a contract issue that would’ve halted production entirely if it wasn’t for Alexander. We hired Alex to help up with our prenuptial agreement, a second marriage for both of us and we knew this was the best thing for us. Alex spent a good amount of time talking with us, he worked to really understand us and what we wanted. He took time to listen and asked questions to make sure he gave us what we wanted, he didn't try to tell us what we needed. Communication was excellent, it was consistent, timely and clear. I had hired Alex Baptiste in order to get further information on how to form my own LLC. He helped me file my articles or organization, walking me step-by-step through the online process, making sure that everything was properly filled out, not missing any important details, and being sure to appropriately indicate each aspect of the formation of the LLC. He then helped me write up the operating agreement, having him write up the entire agreement, per my specifications. This simplified the entire process for me, as I was uncertain of what needed to be included in that agreement. He also helped me fill out the statement of information in a prompt manner. Finally, he walked me through the filing of my EIN for my LLC. With his help, I was able to start and finish the entire process in a span of less than 7 days.

My fiancee and I made a wedding deposit back in Feb. Due to Covid 19 our wedding would not meet the vision that we originally anticipated. We made a request to get our deposit back because we felt that the force majeure in the contract could be enacted due to Covid 19. They told us they would let us know 60 day prior to our wedding date if they would refund the deposit. This seemed odd since this was no where in the contract. We reached out to Alex and he was great. He went to work right away sending a letter to the venue demanding that they refund us within 3 days. He got us our money back from the venue with little resistance on their end. Alex made this stressful mess go away, now my fiancee can hit the reset button on our wedding planing. Thank you!
