I Had the pleasure of Working with Mr. Carr while living through an emotionally traumatic experience. He was extremely professional but very empathetic while my dog was undergoing emergency surgery after being attacked by another dog. He provided all the help I needed, along with sound and practical advice. He negotiated a settlement quickly with the other dogs owner to cover the veterinarian bills. Let me start this review by stating that I’m a personal injury attorney. Several years ago, I needed a law firm to represent me personally for an automobile accident I was involved in with an uninsured motorist. My own insurance company was trying to not pay me anything for my injuries, claiming, without any evidence whatsoever, that it was a staged accident. I needed the best lawyers I could find. I had known about Bruce Broillet and Browne Greene from watching them lecture at lawyer conventions and I was impressed with their knowledge, reputation, and presentation. I knew GB&W was the firm for me. I met with Bruce, Browne, and their then new associate, Scott Carr. (Scott is now a partner.) I was thrilled they accepted my case. The case went all the way to arbitration and Bruce, Scott, and Browne did an amazing job obtaining for me a sizable arbitration award. More importantly, however, is that they taught one of California’s largest and most powerful insurance companies that they can’t get away with trying to get out of paying legitimate claims. Following that arbitration, we then sued the same insurance company for bad faith and they quickly settled with us. Since my first experience with them, GB&W is the first firm I refer cases to when I’m not able to handle a case on my own, usually due to complexity. They are a first class, top rated firm that is not motivated by money. They are legitimately motivated by making sure the injured and underprivileged are given the best representation possible.

I was a passenger in a vehicle that was rear-ended by a rideshare driver. I retained Molly McKibben at Greene Broillet & Wheeler to help navigate me through the litigation process. Molly took care of everything. She was very responsive - always getting back to me the same day or the day after I emailed or called her. She also kept me updated about my case constantly - I was never wondering what was going on. She explained every step of the process so I always understood what the next steps were. I highly recommend her, paralegals Linda Shaffer, Lory Bierschenk, and Sebastian Russell, and secretary Sheri Dempsey for any case.
