Robert was so helpful, I was so stressed but, he gave me information I really needed in a matter of minutes also talked me through the process. It is nice to know decent humans still exist in this world.

Sammy was on his honeymoon and he still took time out to helped me deal with my situation. He was attentive and his assistant was also a pleasure 7 leaving feeling confident that everything will eventually work out for me. Highly grateful with Robert's knowledge and expert service. I had been trying to resolve a beneficiary issue with the bank for about fifthteen months. I had gone back and forth spending hours at various branches. I probably invested over one thousand hours over the phone and branches trying to resolve the beneficiary issue with the bank. Each time a representative from the bank called the estate unit, they would be placed on hold for about twenty to thirty minutes before someone answered. Each time was the same process. Each time the estate unit would request a different document. Each and every time I submitted documents they requested and was denied the funds. I contacted Robert and he provided me with the perfect probate letters. One was a disclaimer letter that the bank completed ignored. The other was for the bank to release funds or legal action will be enforced and they will be responsible for any legal fees. Of course, it included legal probate codes. The last letter was submitted on a Friday. The bank estate unit called the next business day, which was on a Monday, stating "the funds will be released." They kept their promise and the funds were released within couple hours. I am very pleased with Robert. He is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. If, he decides to teach a course, I would be more than happy to enroll. V. Moore
