I hired Bill Becker to draft a letter for my separation agreement. We had communicated via telephone and email previously, but when hired to draft the letter, he sent many of the correspondence to an incorrect email address. This caused delays that ultimately put me in a position to accept the separation agreement from my employer. I have requested a refund, but that has fallen on deaf ears. I would not recommend him when dealing with time sensitive issues.
