I worked for a large company. At the time I had a high risk pregnancy. My employer changed my job position and left me with no other options. The new position demanded me to do physical work loads that I never had to do before and they failed to accommodate me. I initially spoke to Levon during the intake precess. Bella was a powerhouse, communicative, understanding, knowledgeable, and no nonsense. My sexual harassment case in my eyes stood no chance since going up against a big corporation. However, Bella proved otherwise that with the right person backing you, you can't help but come out a winner. I was kept up to date on everything that was happening, she convinced many scared witnesses to speak up on my behalf and was very caring and sympathetic. I was on a medical leave of absence due to a work injury and my employer terminated me while under doctor care. I had no idea what to do. Firstly Isabella Desisto is the most kindhearted person ever, I was worried about getting a lawyer for the first time ever but when I say she went above and beyond for me, made me feel heard, safe,and protected that's what she did. She always kept me up to date on even the smallest of things. I can't forget Kira and Emily who are like her right hands they too were meticulous, and so sweet.
