Very dismissive of clients concerns, dont communicate or even respect you as a human being. They get their cut and could not care less about you.

Definitely recommend! Very respectful, very caring, very thorough and makes sure everything is lined up and set up and everything before sending over the documents. The other companies lawyer would lag and they were persistent and took care of everything. Definitely made the whole experience great just because of having them in my corner.
