I worked for these guys on a project once. A few years later, I asked for help with a case against neighbor and they would not assist. Now, they represent the neighbor who has defamed my character, trespassed on my property, had me falsely arrested, and sued me. I cannot put my trust in businesses and people who operate this way, and neither should you!

Guenard & Bozarth came highly recommended by a family member after I informed her that it was taking awhile to get clarification on certain terms within a retainer agreement a previous law firm was requiring me to sign making me a little uncomfortable. My initial conversations with Mr. Guenard were very cordial in which we spent more time engaging in small talk about our back grounds leaving me with the impression that I was dealing with a genuinely nice guy which was a good thing. They were always straight and to the point and provided me with regular updates throughout the eight months it took to settle my case.
