I would not recommend using this firm. I tried to get them to help with my VA disability and after the initial appointment did not hear a thing from them. Sent numerous emails asking status and if they were going to do anything with no response. So I then filed the paperwork with my local vets center and after about 6 months of going to appointments and doing it all on my own I got an increase then this firm tries to contact me saying "we" did it. What they heck did you do you didn't even anwer an email let alone help with any paperwork or appointments but then want money out of my claim for me doing it all on my own. If anything you should owe me money for the 6 months I waited on you to do something and you did nothing at all but then have the nerve to call and say you "helped". All I can say is you should be ashamed of yourself for that kind of service to anyone let alone a veteran you were supposed to help with a claim.

Peter helped me with the VA appeal process and kept me updated throughout the entirety. I had some doubts of getting the disability ratings I felt I deserved and he successfully guided me to winning decision. Can’t thank him enough and wouldn’t be where I am today without him!

So happy with this attorney. Peter cared for me as a client and cared for my well being. He helped me understand my case, he is honest and was patient even when I wasn’t. I didn’t make it easy for him but he still kept his bearing through it all.

Peter helped my aging grandmother come up with a comprehensive plan for getting old through a trust, will, and POA documents. He even understood her heavy Italian accent and made her feel comfortable throughout the process. Support staff was also super friendly and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend this firm to anyone struggling to plan their estate

Mr.Cianchetta knows what he is talking about . I have been struggling with the VA for a while to get seen and get my rating increased . I listened to what Peter told me and he fought for me as well. He helped me and my family and I will always be forever grateful!! He truly is a godsend !!

Mr. Cianchetta is very knowledgable, thorough and patient. He answered my all my questions and guided me how to determine my VA benefits. I highly recommend him!

Definitely would not recommend using this firm to no one! This is the worst experience ever with zero help or any good advice, they took 500.00 for supposedly making a call to the other lawyer, but who’s to say they even did that. I provided them with all the paperwork. So they didn’t really do anything, weeks and weeks went by with no call back and my 500.00 dollars, finally I called them, reminded you I’ve never spoken to any lawyers here just two receptionist at this point. After waiting close to a month the lawyer provided me with a short letter that at the end say he personally know the other lawyer that wrote the will, that’s all. No nothing else, no what’s the next step, no corse of action, No nothing! I mean a one paragraph letter for 500.00 dollars?? With no explanation.. Finally talk to this lawyer and I tried to explain in details, and his response was he would call me in a week or two, so here it is three weeks and I hade to call again and talk to a receptionist and they said he would call me… Guess what NO call and instead I get a letter again in my email that a first grade could write, explaining he could not handle our case because they don’t have the resources, basically this firm took my money no problem and wasted all this time I could have found a firm that really cared about your situation, feeling ripped off!

I had an urgent matter and am extremely greatful Peter took the time to speak to me. He got to work right away and helped protect a small but not insignificant inheritance. Thank you and I can't recommend you enough.
