It’s been 8 yrs. since my ex-husband and I divorced. We decided it was time to finish our last outstanding item of our Marital Settlement Agreement (MSA), which stipulated the requirement to have two separate Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDRO's) prepared. One for my ex-husbands Pension and one for his Annuity Fund. I searched online where another law office thankfully referred me to LegalDoc-Prep (Mr. David Weissman). With minimal effort on our part, Mr. Weissman completed each QDRO which were then ultimately accepted and approved by my ex-husbands legal advisors who could not prepare QDRO docs themselves, my ex-husbands Union Legal dept. as well as the court. When I think of Mr. Weissman, the first thoughts that come to mind are his superb professionalism, politeness, knowledgeableness, proficiency, time of the essence mannerisms, persistency, and awareness of your given situation. David's virtual operations in the time of this COVID pandemic couldn't be more necessary as we all strive to protect ourselves and others by not being in contact if we don't need to be. David offers convenient, contactless electronic signatures for all parties. No trips to the courthouse. Imagine that! My ex and I only had to make one trip to our local UPS Store to sign our QDRO's in the presence of a Notary. Other than that, David handled everything from start to finish. What I love most is that he was there every step of the way seeing us through this unknown process. David made himself available via text anytime day, night, and holidays! He didn't rest until receiving confirmation from me that my ex-husbands Union Legal dept. had fully accepted his product. Highly recommend David Weissman to process your forms in a timely and professional manner. I have been going through divorce and like many, was not understanding any of the legal terms being used.
