A Sheriff sped through a red light just as I was entering the intersection on a green light.  He smashed into my car and almost killed me.  People told me I couldn't sue the Sheriff and some attorneys I talked to sounded rude and arrogant when I initially contacted them.  I found attorney Marjorie Heinrich who told me I could and she also sounded concerned about what I had just went through.  She represented me for 2 yrs.  The Sheriff and County blamed me for the accident.  Marjorie spent 2 yrs and thousands of dollars proving the Sheriff and County was responsible and I was not at fault.  The County also denied I suffered a head injury.  My case finally settled for several million dollars a week before trial.  I am so thankful for Marjorie and Heinrich Law and I would highly recommend them if you've suffered a personal injury.  Hire them. They are amazing!

Truly as good as it gets. 3 years ago, I broke not one but both of my feet walking to retrieve my laundry at my rental house. It was bad. One foot was totally shattered and I needed surgery. I had to move our of my house for a bit, wheel chair bound, and was using a leg crutch for nearly an entire year. All while single-parenting a six year old. Though my landlord did the right thing in putting in a claim for me to State Farm, they sent me a mere $1,000. My expenses were well over $25,000 after surgery. Thank goodness a friend encouraged me to seek legal help and thank GOD I found Marjorie here on Yelp. She was kind, funny, thoughtful, smart, and genuine. Who knew a lawyer could be all these things? I kid! But seriously, she was SO helpful and kept me posted at each juncture, and made it painless from paperwork to my deposition. She kept me out of court too, and did great talking with my landlord. I never felt icky or stressed. She was also super patient as I made my decision about whether to file suit. No pressure at all! Anyway, my settlement came and it has turned it all around and I am seriously FOREVER grateful to her and her team of caring legal folks. When my 81-year-old mother was struck in a cross-walk by a distracted driver, leaving her badly injured, I immediately knew we would need a reputable attorney.
