We spoke about receiving funds from the will with one exception. There are 3 of us receiving the money once my mother's house was sold. The house is now in escrow and will closing shortly. However, one of us, my sister is on SSI and Housing and wants to continue using it. Mr. Colby advised that there might be a new law called "The Able Act" and is now looking into it and will advise me further what the act entails
