My Company and myself were named as Defendants in a Federal Lawsuit. Though the insurance company supplied me with an attorney, Charles was instrumental in walking me through this legal mess. He was able to talk to me in a language and explain in a way that I understood what was going to happen or what had happened, as we were dealing with two plaintiff attorneys, insurance company attorney and magistrate. Charles was very knowledgeable in Federal Court and its rules as they are different than the state. He had a calming influence, never got excited, yet could lead or takeover if he thought it was in my best interest. It was interesting to watch the dynamics as he would sit back and let the insurance company attorney that was defending me, do his job first and only stepped in when he thought it was necessary. Impressed me as it takes a very calm personality to be able to do that. We had a good outcome which I credit very much to the hard work and influence of Mr. Pernicka.
