When I first decided to file for bankruptcy, I didn't know where to go. I was nervous about the whole process. But when I met Mr. Kohan, he just eased me through the process. My opinions about most lawyers are: they only want your money, and they don't really care. Mr. Kohan, was very different. From the first day, until the last day leading up to my court date, he and his staff, made sure that things ran smoothly; very professional. Navid Kohan did a bankruptcy filing for me and it was the best thing I ever did. The process was not as hard as everyone says. Mr. Kohan really tried to make the BK process as easy on us possible. We were pretty scared and nervous of the hearing but our hearing which consisted of maybe 10 questions lasted not more than 5 minutes. I am so happy with my experience.
