Unprofessional, flakey, rude and disrespectful Flirtatious and desperate with no class whatsoever

Michelle Gibson was very unprofessional! Not only did she share private information with my ex boyfriend from years ago, she mislead during her attempt to mediate my Legal Separation. Other unprofessional behavior transpired as well. Very disappointing and Disrespectful.

Ellie is one of the most amazing attorney's I have ever met. I was going through a terrible 3 year divorce. All the other attorney's only cared about racking up more fees. Not settling. A friend of mine recommended Ellie and Michele. Ellie was there for me 100%. She tried her best to keep fees down. She is very compassionate, smart, and knows which angel to approach any situation. These women are kind "Pit Bulls with Lipstick". When we finally went to trial, I will never forget Ellie's words "I am worried about you, do not worry. I have your back". She most certainly did. After my case if I was her I would quit! It was the biggest nightmare ever, and she stood by my side and made sure we prevailed. I strongly recommend her.

Michele is prompt, and very skilled at understanding the process and nuances of divorce agreement violations. Her letter of notice she sent on my and my family’s behalf is worded eloquently and efficiently. She is understanding, caring, and gets things done!

Michele is warm friendly and gets it. She is quick and sharp, when I reached out to her she made me feel so much better and positive and gave me hope. She is in my corner, she will fight with me, and for me. She is supportive and warm and caring. Super sharp, and honest and caring. I am so glad I am able to have Michele Gibson go after the deadbeat, unresponsive POS. She will have results and take good care of you as she has done for me. Thanks to her and her staff. I do not know what I would do without her!

Michele and Ellie are the best I have seen, My co-workers (Jon and Jimmy) had GREAT things to say. After talking to 5 firms, no lawyer for the first 3 court dates, the 4th ,I hired Gibson Law Firm..If you want skills and experience call them! I beat a domestic violence restraining order, RFO, Exparte with them. They got me more time w my 3 yr old. Michele is a professional,poised,calm with the aggressiveness using her skills in court! Michele represented me in 2010 made sure my needs were met. Aswell as my ex husbands. Now, she is representing my current husband with his custody and this time around it's been very difficult BUT Michele has stood by our side. Words cannot express the graditude we feel towards her and her hard work. She is extremely professional and everytime we walk into court we feel protected by her. I was reffered by a good friend of mine that also hired Michele for his divorce , my case started with a restraining order that my ex wife filed falsely and maliciously in an attempt to keep me away from our son I was issued a temperary restraining order to restrain me against her and our son I didn't care much about her but with our son involved it really bothered me Michele made me feel secure that it wasn't a big deal and I would defiantly get to see my son again on the day of my court hearing the TRO was dropped we filed for divorce that same day since we were all at court and that's what I had planned to do prior , I also got to see my son the very next day , after 3 months had passed without me being able to see him because of this . My divorce is finalized already and officially done with an mutually beneficial judgment that Michele drafted for me and she got my ex to sign it by the grace of the one up above it all went well and I'm glad I hired Michele , love her!

My husband and I recently used Michele for a custody & visitation modification. We were thoroughly impressed by her & her staff throughout the entire ordeal. The opposing party & counsel were less than cooperative yet Michele remained professional & helpful the whole time. In court she was direct & to the point and very willing to work with opposing counsel. We would not of come out of it as successful without her!! We will definitely use her in the future as needed and would highly recommend her.

I had been working with another attorney on my divorce modification and all he did was bill me with no results. I live in Newport Beach could not find an attorney that did not have a high retainer fee. I swithched and I worked with Michele over the phone and via email and I got results! Her fee was resonable and she got the job done quickly. If you are working with a dead beat attorney, I would hightly recommend Michele Gibson. Her response time on my emails were acceptable and she always got back to me within a fair time frame. My experience working with Michele Gibson was very positive.

I have been represented by Michele for a year and a half. When I began going through my child custody proceeding, I had no idea what to expect. I didn't know the first thing about court, or the family law process. Michele has always fought for me, she is more than fair as far as billing goes, and recently started working with Ilana Schauer. These two women together are a dream team. They have addressed every need and issue, professionally. Unfortunately my ex has thrown every allegation, and obstacle imaginable out against me. Michele stood strong, and has always understood my financial difficulties. Michele has always given good, honest advice. There are a few important key things to consider when rating an attorney. There are some attorneys that gouge, and drag out process' to make as much money as they can. Those attorneys do not continue cases without receiving payment. They don't care if you are having difficulty or not making payments. They will drop you and go after the next person who will pay them. So that being said I can personally attest that Michele is not one of those attorneys. Second an attorney cannot be efficient in his/her craft if the information provided to them is inaccurate. Be honest with your attorney. The last thing you need is to get to court and have the other side pull out evidence against you that your attorney is unaware of. Third attorneys go through expensive school and training to get where they are. Most of them are passionate about what they do. It is not in their interest to loose cases. I hired Michele last year to represent me in a child custody case. She is unresponsive, and lied to the court. She attacked the other parent so horribly with lies and this caused the case to run up thousands of more dollars than it should have. She wasn't looking out for me, she was just looking for ways to add fees to the case. One of the most unethical people I've ever met.
