I left my family home because it was not a good environment for my children. I did not file for child support because I knew the mortgage needed to be payed.. Upon the sale of the house there giving him 68 thousand off the top because they said he was paying the mortgage. It was not taking into consideration that had to pay rent for me and my kids to live. He basically lived in the house for free with his ? for six years. The note was 1200 a month 4 a four bedroom house and he is getting back 68 thousand. I don't understand this picture.

She is hard to get in contact with. Not to mention she delays the process and keeps racking up her attorney bill. She is unreasonable when it comes to negotiating anything that would be FAIR. Her fees are not worth the delays, anxiety and agony she has put me through. When I filed for a divorce I wanted it final as soon as possible. I've been at it for over a year and its still not finalized. I cant move on with my life with her impossible work ethics to be reasonable with the other part so I can close this chapter in my life.
