They are great, it has been seamless from the start! I reached out, we had a phone call where John explained how it works. From the start I could tell he was a honest, everyday guy not some sleazy company which made me feel at ease. His pricing is set, meaning what he quotes is what it is...no hidden fees or charges coming up. I sent him any information I had on the ticket, the court date was pushed multiple times due to COVID this past year. He did all the work with going to the trials & court dates, I honestly had forgotten about all of this when I received an email from him stating it had been dismissed!
