I have to admit – I was skeptical at fist (there are a lot of people doing the same thing), but after looking at the reviews, & his years of experience, I decided it wouldn’t hurt to give the guy a call. Sure enough, he personally took my call, and after that first conversation it was clear that he’s very knowledgeable & knew what he was doing. One thing I really liked was that he communicates very well, keeps you up to date on everything. After my second speed ticket within 18 months, I had no choice but go to court. I searched online and find OTR App. I was a bit suspicious because of some of the negative reviews but finally decided to try after I watched one of their video on YouTube, which made me believe they are professional.
