Pardis Akhavan (Associate attorney) handled it with professionalism and kindness. She has a outstanding personality, she is easy to contact and communicate with and made this process a lot more comfortable than I expected it to be. My corporation was referred to Resnik by another Chapter 11 Corporate Bankruptcy Super Lawyer during the California fires. Boy am I glad they did! I had my consultation with Hayes. He answered every question I came with very accurately and honestly. He didn't rush, was very compassionate, and clear on what we should expect. They handle Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and personal bankruptcies. They also provided me with a very detailed review to determine what path to follow. Frankly, we were incredibly stressed going in and they made us feel comfortable and protected throughout! Following the review, hired the firm and we worked with Resnik and had plenty of time to sit down to review everything with him. They're very sharp, assertive, and experienced lawyers. Somehow, they manage to remember all the exacting details of your case like you're their only client!
