I hired Ruzanna to help with my case, which is still ongoing. So far, I’ve been able to reach out to her with any questions, and even if she wasn’t available right away, I could contact the office. They made a note of my concerns, and Ruzanna would get back to me pretty quickly. It’s really importantto me that my lawyer is available when I need her, and she has been so far.
