DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY!!! He will take your money and run to the DA for a plea deal. This attorney has done more harm to me than the so-called victim. I hired this attorney to take my case to trial. He gave me the ok that it was a simple case. Erik took my $10,000 and copped a plea that I begged him not to do. He said, " Take the plea, are find another attorney". HE RAN OFF ON ME. I NEVER SEEN HIM IN COURT. HE WILL SEND SOMEONE THAT YOU NEVER SEEN BEFORE AND YOU DON'T KNOW THERE NAMES!
