I have known Scott for many years and he has helped out my son on two occasions with his DUI troubles. Scott is honest, professional, committed, knowledgeable and is always on his A game! He definitely fights for his clients and goes the extra mile. Scott also was able to help me out with a small claims case I had going on through my business. I can’t say enough about how good Scott is. Unfortunately, I was facing a second DUI along with its heavy consequences. Scott had helped my brother before so I gave him a call and set up an appointment to meet that same day. He was willing and able to help me with my case even though I was limited financially. This man is so good that he was able to avoid having my license suspended for 2 years and also had my second DUI charge dropped to an INFRACTION!!!!!! Scott is the best lawyer in the world! He is very professional and had my best interest at heart. When one lawyer told me I would receive jail time I fired him and found Scott! He kept me out of jail and saved me and my life from destruction. It has been almost 10 years since Ive had to use his services... Lord forbid I'd need to use him again... but if so he would be who I would call!

Scott has been a God send, I have read on this page he has helped a lot with DUI's but I am hear to right that, that is not all he does. I am facing a serious felony probation violation for something I really didn't mean to do (missed court date) and something I didn't even know I had. Scott came into my life and has gotten me out of jail while I was in custody. The judge didn't want to let me out but Scott did his job ( which he extremely good at) and i went home that day. So I am hear to tell you Scott is a good decision for any criminal act you need help getting out of. I have one more court date and we will see if he can work his magic again. I will update this after my court date to tell you how well he did :)

Fortunately for me I have not had to use Scott Spindel's services and frankly I hope I never do...BUT if I did get into a situation that I needed someone of Scott's expertise, I KNOW I would have the best DUI lawyer not only in CA but in the country. I have personally seen Scott's demeanor in the court room when I went to visit him and was blown away by the professionalism he displays when bantering back and forth with the judge and other attorney's. He was able to help a friend who got themselves into trouble and because of his vast knowledge and keen sense, was able to get all charges dismissed. Hands down, Scott took care of me. He did a fantastic job of explaining the circumstances and procedures to me and ensured I did what I needed to do when I needed to do it. Its a tough situation to be in, but I'm glad I had Scott by my side.
