My father consulted Mr Howser for a worker compensation case back in 2017. Howser then referred him to a personal injury attorney Sam.H in Dtla. They both ended up "working" together in the case. Well, the biggest mistake was hiring Howser as an attorney. When it came to getting a hold of him or team returning my fathers call / or an update it was unsuccessful. Howser was never available. He let 5+ yrs pass by with no results and what looked like no interest in helping my father. We made them aware of our concerns and also mentioning my father's health was deteriorating after his accident. It felt like they were waiting for the worst to happen due to how we saw the case was being handled by all attorneys involved , Especially Howser. My father passed away in October. howser or his team did not care to make contact regarding my Father . Concluding that they do not care for their clients. Im reading reviews and Im realizing he has done the same to many other people/ cases. Be careful who you hire an as attorney because not all work for you it all depends on their ties thats who they will work for. Some lawyers tend to gave criminal tendencies protected by a license.
