I hired David Daneshrad and Cohen and Daneshrad about 6 months ago to defend our firm in a Real Estate private financing case. We are still fighting but most of the causes of action against us have been removed by the judge. David and his partner are very professional, transparent, and accessible. Very honest and generous billers too as this case required some work. I would highly recommend Cohen and Daneshrad for Real Estate matters and Lender/Hard Money matters
