I had a great experience working with Brennan and the Hershey Law team. I was in a bad car accident and had bad PTSD from it, they took care of everything for me and answered my calls and texts at all hours of the day and made me feel extremely cared for. They fought for me and I ended up with a very generous settlement. Excellent experience!

If your looking for a law firm that will go above and beyond for you this is the place to go. That"s exactly the service that we received. My mother and I had a smooth sail throughout the entire process and Hershey law gave nothing less but outstanding results. Brennan Hershey assisted when we thought it was impossible he took my mothers slip and fall case and we are still shocked with the fantastic results he delivered. We strongly recommend Hershey Law. There really is NO ONE BETTER! I LOVE BRENNAN AND Hershey Law! Almost a year ago my daughter and I were rear ended by someone who lived in the UK, was in a rental car AND the company he worked for was HUGE! Needless to say - A nightmare! He fought for us every step of the way! The first offer we got was laughable! He was persistent, determined and most of all, really fought for what was fair! Brennan was able to get an even better settlement than we both anticipated! He is kind, compassionate and really knows his stuff! My one regret is that I didn't listen to him when he suggested we use some of his doctors! Do yourself a favor... Listen to Brennan!!! DO NOT even bother to call anyone else! I had a 30 year career that ended horrifically. I was publicly humiliated and constantly mistreated by my employer. I was referred to Brennan and his hard working team by a former client of Hershey Law who had nothing but great things to say about his office. Brennan and his assistant, Santiago, were by my side during the entire endeavor. If Brennan wasn't available, Santiago would take charge and assist me with any questions I had and ease my anxiety during this uncertain time. The process took approximately two (2) years from filing the complaint to working with a mediator to reach a settlement. This was the first time I had undergone an ordeal such as this and the Hershey Law team was by my side the entire time, I never felt alone. I'm not looking to go through this again, however should I require an honest and professional law team, I will turn to Hershey Law every time.
