My very first time needing legal counsel!! In the beginning I was nervous about my son being treated as simply a statistic, and I was missing the 'Personal' touch. While I understand the 'Team' concept at Kavinoky Law - I wasn't prepared to hear that another lawyer would now be representing my son right after the first hearing! Why?? Nobody explained it. I did the work to find alternative sentencing options such as rehab, not our initial lawyer; and felt as though if I knew the Penal code - I could've uttered the few sentences to the judge that he did! All of a sudden, I get an email stating we'll have a new attorney!! Can you say 'Nervous as hell or What the hell is it now?' All of that stress vanished when my son and I met THOMAS TAM!!
