Even when the defending insurance company tried to drag out the procedure and lowball the payment, the attorneys at SM would always push forward in order to get me the highest settlement possible. I never do reviews but I felt the need to because I’m so thankful I finally receive my paychecks again! I recently filed in the beginning of July and went through a telephonic court hearing to do so because of COVID! The process was super smooth and simple but I did have to sit through a little over an hours worth of other cases before I finally heard my name and it lasted no longer than 5mins! Once I got off the phone I felt so relieved! This was my first bankruptcy and Kian and his team were really professional, answered all my questions and most of all they helped take a very large burden off my shoulders! I was referred to them by my best friend who I’m so thankful for too! Thank you Kian and team for making this such a smooth process for me!! Now I just have to work on rebuilding my credit!!

The absolute best when it comes to handling bankruptcy! They do not pass any judgment upon you - they are simply there to help. I found them to be honest, reliable and timely. The support staff is extremely friendly and very informative. The lawyers have great interpersonal skills and are very upfront about the costs, the process and timelines. When the day came, one of the lawyers accompanied us to court and thoroughly explained the process and what next steps would take place. It felt like forever when the court finally issued the discharge, but when it finally was, it was a huge relief. We were able to keep our car and got the rest of the debt handled through court. The whole process was very smooth. I highly recommend their services if you need a bankruptcy lawyer!

Would not recommend for Personal Injury. Tried to post a client/ attorney based email out of context, had personal conversations with adjuster about a confidential matter that ultimately lead to John Sarai dismissal as my attorney. Responded to my review on Avvo with one lie and then told a completely different lie on yelp, inconsistency is sure way of showing dishonesty. Threatened to sue me if I didn't remove my HONEST review from Avvo and Yelp. The very fact that John Sarai thought he could sue me for something like that show his knowledge of the law or lack there of. John Sarai might be a good bankruptcy attorney but I would certainly never encourage anyone to trust this law firm with a personal injury case. Also, based on the fact he tried to sue me for my honest reviews, I would be hard pressed to trust any of the positive reviews that might be done out of fear or complete fraud
