The Law offices of Korol and Velen are by far the most professional, knowledgeable, superior legal practitioners of family law. I have used the services of Rozanna Velen to assist me with 2 divorces, one dating as far back as 15 years ago. She was as great then as she is now, only with many years of experience and expertise under her belt. During such a difficult time, it is imperative to have someone who you can trust, rely on and know will protect your interests; Rozanna Velen was that person. Day or night, she was available to offer not just her legal expertise, but practical advice as well. She played an integral role in ensuring that my children and I are protected from injustice and dedicated herself to minimize the heartache caused by this ordeal. I highly recommend Rozanna Velen and her team. If it wasn't for her and her team, I would have never had all the evidence I would have needed at trial. Her team is highly organized and a fighter. She is strong, and knows how to hold her own in a courtroom with all the judges. I extremely satisfied with the professionalism with of Korol and Valen law firm. I came to them with my divorce documents that I was served, and Rozanna Velen guide me from the beginning with my every step. She was super responsive, punctual and answer every call or email shortly. She also arrange meetings with all my accountants and business advisors to request documents for the court. And if they wasn’t cooperative, she took time after her work hours to go and meet them in person. They were giving me weekly email updates along with phone calls. Very important factor for me was the final bill, cause when you loose money during divorce you don’t want to loose even more on the lawyers fees. And I was very surprised when my very affordable bill came out to the number twice less then my ex-wife attorney fees, and her firm came not prepared for the case as good as we was, and the loose the case. I am very satisfied with the results of our work and we win my case in every aspect I was looking for, because of the high professionalism of Rozanna Velen. I had a car accident about 2 years ago, I got hit and my car rolled over twice and became a total loss. A friend of mine recommended Shawn Dargahi to take care of my case. I contacted him and he accepted my request. It took him a year and 10 months to get the settlement agreement. He introduced me a chiropractor whom made my back problem even worse; I do regret it after all. I’ve never been updated about my case, never got any advice, and I was kept in dark about IT the whole time. I had to call him and his office several times to get some information. Since I have a good insurance coverage, I paid all of doctor bills myself except the chiropractor, who was recommended by SHAWN DARGAGHI. I endured cost of doctors that I went and I paid for hospital and emergency room. I'm certain chiropractor expense is a big part of the expenses list. My insurance could have covered all if he would have informed me of the cost. I still pursue my treatment by going to a new chiropractor and I was hoping that the settlement will compensate some of it. Finally, I got a call from him regarding the settlement which I had to sign and send it back. The amount was 38,000. I assumed after deducting some, I would receive at least more than half of it. Although based on original contract I supposedly would receive two third of the settlement, I received a check with the amount of 12,949 with no list of expenses, it left me in a total shock. He did not even bother to explain about my share, I was so outraged of his inconsiderate decision. When he sent me the settlement paperwork to sign he did not clarify on what I would receive neither any detailed report with the check. It was obvious from the beginning he didn't care about my case and after consulting with another attorney I decided to bear with them. I called Mr. Dargahi and he said he would send me the list of expenses on Monday and now is Monday night and no list yet. Of course I won't be able to compete with their knowledge in law and I'm sure that it would look "legitimate" too but I will show it to another lawyer. I trusted him and Due to my lack of knowledge in law I was betrayed. My only advice: DONT TRUST HIM WITH YOUR CASE, he is not on your side.

My experience with this law office exceeded my most optimistic hopes!!! They helped me in a very timely and efficient manner. I live in Japan and conducted business with them over the phone and through emails. Whenever there was a change in status to my case, they immediately notified me. When the case was finally resolved, I was notified of the outcome while the lawyer was still in the courthouse. Somehow she was able to scan and email the final order at the courthouse. This group of lawyers is great and collaborative, always with an eye to cost and benefit, while being always available, informative and proactively asserting my interests in a very complicated case. The expertise of the different partners was brought in at critical junctures and when the expertise wasn't in-house, their referrals were consistently effective and they strategized to control costs. My case was years long, but their efforts on my behalf were consistent throughout. I always felt I had made a good choice and am still grateful for a trusted personal lawyer's initial referral to Korol and Velen after having interviewed several other family law firms. The opposing party in my divorce fired three sets of her lawyers as each approached a settlement and Rozanna Velen, the lead lawyer in my case with the experience of decades was able to quickly adapt and eventually reach a final settlement with the fourth set of opposing counsel, in spite of their still combative client. The experience, foresight, smarts and measured, productive legal aggressiveness worked for me. Divorce is never an easy process, but one thing I didn't have to worry about was whether I hired the best divorce attorney for myself. I am certain I had the best representation my resources could buy. Writing such a warm recommendation isn't easy when one feels they didn't get all they wanted in a divorce settlement, but realistically, what is important is the resolution was favorable as circumstances allowed, and I feel Korol and Velen achieved that for me in a cost effective manner. I can only confirm that I feel fortunate that my civil attorney referred me to Korol and Velen and am happy to give my highest recommendation as a client to anyone in need of family law representation.
