All major life decisions are difficult and making the decision to divorce my ex-wife was by far one of the most challenging decisions and experiences I’ve ever endured. My divorce from my ex-wife should not have been a complicated one, but my ex-wife and her “super lawyer” wanted to make it a long, drawn out and costly experience with the hope that by deploying underhanded delay tactics and never ending, senseless requests that my ex would be successful in stopping me from 50/50 legal and physical custody of my daughter, as well as other key divorce areas. I started my divorce journey by hiring “the wrong” attorney. I made an emotional decision related to my first attorney and hired an attorney who my friend had used for his easy divorce. After 1 year of endless mediation, countless emails, phone calls, senseless delays waiting for my ex to agree to 50/50 I was no farther along than when I started and had already spent thousands on attorney fees. I needed to find “the right” attorney to help me get divorced who was strategic, focused, ethical, responsive, thoughtful and would keep legal fees to only what was necessary. I fired my first attorney and after an in depth search including having my friends contact their inside/ back channel legal friends I found “the right” attorney in Rozanna Velen. Hiring Rozanna was the best decision of my life. Within 4 months of hiring Rozanna she pushed through the endless walls of delays and negotiated and procured a 50/50 legal and physical custody agreement and then helped me along that way to close out and finalize my divorce. Rozanna is highly intelligent, experienced, calm, strategic, responsive, ethical, focused and determined. I highly recommend Rozanna Velen.

Unfortunately, in my adult life I have had a few too many run ins with various law enforcement agencies. Federal and state level. My injury headquarters is an efficient hardworking law firm that makes sure to get you the best results! I was referred to them thinking i had one workers compensation case but after they explained my rights they found many other issues within that and made sure to help me. I opened my cases and within 3 months they settled them and i could'nt be any more satisfied! Not only do they practice workers comp but also personal injury which is great. These guys are great. Robert and his team took on my case for a lemon RV camping trailer. This was the first and only lawsuit I ever had been a part of. With that being said once I learned that this sort of thing doesn't happen over night and for my part to be punctual with all my responses. Robert and his team were able to be affective in pushing my case forward. All my emails and phone calls were responded to within 48hrs most of the time given the time I reached out was responded to that same day. A majority of my contact was with Roberts staff but had several one on one phone calls with Robert. Much appreciated. Be punctual and understandably patient and these guys will get you from point A to Z in your case. That's my experience.

They truly care about the client and will put forth so much effort to ensure your needs are met with professionalism and care. I presented my case to this firm, after having been denied by a couple other law firms, and my case was accepted. It was a great experience because these lawyers know the law and will fight for you. It took some months and at times I wondered, "why is it taking a while to complete?" But, my case was settled in less than a year, which is actually a good time frame and well worth it. I was able to talk or email them during any part of my case and I received answers in a timely manner each time. I wanted to write this review to let others know that there is hope for recovery when car dealers/sellers deceive the consumers.
