Faraz did an incredible job over these last two years on being present,listening to my concerns & needs and being there for the highs and lows. I had been injured and with no knowledge of how to go about anything he walked me through every step of the way. When I was hired my boss wasn't aware of my disability. When I explained it and what kind of accomodations I would need the negativtiy started. He made my working conditions almost unbareable. I just want to thank Akhavan and Associates for all their help during my wrongful termination case. I couldn't have gotten through it without them.
