Not a fan of writing reviews but I want to give these lawyers 5 stars. They didn’t ask me to pay anything out of my own pocket and the settlement I got was much better than I thought it would be because in the beginning my insurance company wanted me to sign their small check right away, so I’m relieved I checked with Grayson & Grayson’s office first. Was in an accident with 2 kids in the car and they got each of them a settlement too so that was icing on the cake for me. They spent a lot of their time on our case which was impressive because I never knew there were lawyers who didn’t bill by the hour and was surprised to find out they don’t make any money unless they win cases so I guess if they take your case then they must know they have a solid chance of making your life better, otherwise why would they waste their time. *Recommend* UPDATE: I referred a coworker to Grayson and Grayson for a pharmacy prescription screw up and also a friend whose dentist messed up her teeth and they were both very pleased. Recommend.

Action Lavitch is hands down the best defense attorney that I have ever had the absolute pleasure of knowing and being defended by. He is the most informative, diligent, and professional lawyer who puts forth actual effort into defending your case. For my particular case, the incident was taken too trial which can be a more than difficult time for anyone; but Action handles everything like an absolute champion and further more makes sure your taken care of as well as defended properly; all with a smile on his face! It’s actually super fun too see him at work! Without Action’s help I can confidently say that I would have lost that case and probably then some: due too the nature of the crime.
