After being laid off as part of a large tech company RIF, I contacted Andrew's firm by submitting an online form. I was shocked when my phone rang around 7:30 pm that night, and it was Andrew asking about my case and how he could help. With most law offices, you're lucky if you get a call from a paralegal, let alone an attorney. I reviewed what I needed, emailed him all the documents and some questions, and received a call to discuss them in detail the following morning after he examined them.
