Allan Sarver is an excellent bankruptcy attorney. I had a recorded judgment against a doctor client. It created a lien against his home but he tried to get me to terminate the lien for a fraction of its value. When that did not work, he filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Even throughout that process, the Debtor and his attorney attempted to circumvent my lien. The court refused to approve the Debtor’s plan unless Mr. Sarver approved it. I got my money, thanks to Mr. Sarver. I have also referred clients to him over the years and he has always done right by them.
