Root Law Group helped me with my Permanent Resident (green card) and Naturalization cases throughout the past years. Mariela Sagastume and Edgar Cruz were assigned to my cases and they were knowledgeable and always helpful and quick to respond to my questions as they prepared and handled my applications. Mr. Cruz was especially patient with me when I had follow up questions regarding the process. Elly Levy, who accompanied us to our interview appointments, was amazingly resourceful and helpful. I'm an artist who came to US with an O1 [extraordinary talent] visa. After arriving to USA, I decided to change my visa from O1 to EB1 and Khaled Kaoud was the only paralegal who could handle my case in a professional way and make the process go so smooth and get approval easily. This place is a joke, they steal money from you , they changed my case mananger like 10 times I couldn't keep up with the names super unprofessional. Not to mention that the one time I spoke with the attorney she made weird anti-somatic comments which really threw me off .
