I was in the middle of the process (filed everything by myself) and recieved an RFE. Decided to hire a lawyer as I wanted to be sure I'm doing it right. I met with a few other lawyers but then a friend recommended I should go to Root Law. There I met with Mark who was so much more knowledgeable and seemed much more reliable than the other lawyers that it was obvious I should hire them. Then I worked with Hector who explained how to write the letters and what I should provide. I called and emailed with questions bunch of times as I needed guidance, and Hector was always patient and helpful. They sent the response a few weeks ago and yesterday I received my approval! Thank you Root Law for doing an awesome job!

Working with The V&A Law Firm was an ok experience. It was so difficult to talk to anyone when calling about my case. I called several times and left messages with no return call. When the case was finally closed, they were more proactive in getting my funds to me. It didn’t start out to well, but they did come through in the end.

Team was compassionate. They have easy methods of communication and user-friendly systems for uploading documents. Simple explanations of the legal process and well defined outline of next steps. Overall, great representation. Would recommend. Thank you Maylin and everyone else!
