My very first time needing legal counsel!! In the beginning I was nervous about my son being treated as simply a statistic, and I was missing the 'Personal' touch. While I understand the 'Team' concept at Kavinoky Law - I wasn't prepared to hear that another lawyer would now be representing my son right after the first hearing! Why?? Nobody explained it. I did the work to find alternative sentencing options such as rehab, not our initial lawyer; and felt as though if I knew the Penal code - I could've uttered the few sentences to the judge that he did! All of a sudden, I get an email stating we'll have a new attorney!! Can you say 'Nervous as hell or What the hell is it now?' All of that stress vanished when my son and I met THOMAS TAM!! Here was my 'Personal' touch!! He tenderly carried this Mother's heart and my son's fears effortlessly - almost daily contact, and immediate updates on even the slightest of issues. Mr. Williams answered all the questions I had about a possible lawsuit. He explained the process of filing and what was needed to give my case the best chance of winning. Even though we both determined that it would not be best for me to file I will definitely call him again in the future if I ever require representation.
