My husband and I sought legal counsel after buying a new car for the first time and noticing numbers were off in the contract. I soon realized we were taken advantage of by a dishonest dealership. In 2017, I purchased a new Mercedes Sprinter. The first time it rained, the heavens opened up inside my family’s van, and every-time thereafter. Mercedes could not fix it. I would soon learn this was a reoccurring challenge with Sprinters…for years! For two years, with no success, I tried to get Mercedes to take care of it. Robert and his team helped me get through a bad situation after finding out I was sold a car with frame damage. Carfax showed no damages and it appeared to be a clean car with matching vins.
