Rozanna is a pro. She helps you every step of the way and gives you options with her recommendations. Rozanna and her team were on top of everything and made the process easier. She is responsive, friendly and no nonsense. I always felt that I could trust Rozanna and she would put my best interests as a priority.

These guys are great. Robert and his team took on my case for a lemon RV camping trailer. This was the first and only lawsuit I ever had been a part of. With that being said once I learned that this sort of thing doesn't happen over night and for my part to be punctual with all my responses. Robert and his team were able to be affective in pushing my case forward. All my emails and phone calls were responded to within 48hrs most of the time given the time I reached out was responded to that same day. A majority of my contact was with Roberts staff but had several one on one phone calls with Robert. Much appreciated. Be punctual and understandably patient and these guys will get you from point A to Z in your case. That's my experience.

I presented my case to this firm, after having been denied by a couple other law firms, and my case was accepted. It was a great experience because these lawyers know the law and will fight for you. It took some months and at times I wondered, "why is it taking a while to complete?" But, my case was settled in less than a year, which is actually a good time frame and well worth it. I wanted to write this review to let others know that there is hope for recovery when car dealers/sellers deceive the consumers. The wheels of Justice turn very, very slowly in California, but Robert did a good job with my case, got me a good settlement. First time in my life I've actually gotten a fair settlement after getting cheated.

In 2015 I purchased a 1 year old used vehicle from a local dealer. Within a couple of months it began having transmission issues. After the dealer "repaired" the issue the transmission malfunctioned again after 20,000 miles. This went back and forth every 20,000 miles for 3 1/2 years. The last straw was when I went to have it repaired for the 4th time the dealer refused to honor the extended warranty it was at that time I knew that the time had come to fine a "Specialist" to help me with my issue. As a truck driver I was driving down the freeway and saw a billboard for your firm. I contacted your firm and after a coupe of days of reviewing my paperwork they accepted my case. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Rozanna and her office staff. I was scared and clueless about my rights when the divorce I thought was going to be friendly and amicable started going south. She makes such strong, clear and valid points but without being too aggressive. I truly felt that she cared about me and my well being as a person.
