I don't usually right reviews. But this time I had to. Irene gave it 100% and I was able to receive my benefits it took almost two years but she kept telling me not to give up even when I wanted to just walk away in frustration. Thanks Irene and Lupe my wife and I appreciate it very much

David Azran is one of the best attorneys I could ever imagine of having. In 2019 I had a car accident where I was rear ended and ended up calling David and he truly made me feel like I had nothing to worry about and that everything was going to be ok. I called their phone number and somebody sleepily answered, "Um...hello?" I thought i dialed the wrong number, but after asking myself found it was the right one. I was then transferred from this person to an attorney, "Francesca," who was not friendly. I told her, I thought nicely, that it was a bad first impression of a LAW FIRM that a reception answer like that and not say her name or the name of the LAW FIRM. Francesca was terse and unapologetic and after I said some people might hang up and/or go to another law firm. She said maybe I should go somewhere else. Really???? All it would have taken was for her to say "I apologize for your experience, I'll look into it." I mean, I know the party line, I've worked in customer service. Th e people at this firm must all be independently wealthy or something because they are so very unprofessional and forgetful that the person calling is at the very least a potential PAYING client.
