I consulted with 8 attorneys of various law firms before choosing Daniel Moffatt of Law Offices of Pereira and Moffatt. I was impressed by many of the lawyers I spoke with, but Pereira and Moffatt stood out because of the energy they spent on my domestic violence case even before money changed hands. They quickly grasped the issues at hand and formed a clear strategy for defending me. As Dan went to work on them, the judge grew increasingly skeptical of the petitioner's claims and impatient with the opposing counsel. In cross examination, Dan was relentless in exposing the petitioner's inconsistencies, while always maintaining a dignified, composed demeaner. Thanks to Dan's skill and experience, I won the case and have no record of domestic violence. I was concerned that this matter would affect my employment. Now, I have such a sense of relief because it's all behind me. I hope I won't have to hire a defense attorney ever again, but if I do, I know exactly who to hire: without hesitation, Dan Moffatt.
