Although it took almost two years to resolve my case, and it’s been nearly six months since it closed, the team's support was unwavering throughout. They were always responsive, professional, and offered clear, concise guidance at every step. I won the green card lottery, it was the best day of my life, and then I decided to contact these lawyers to help me with the paperwork. In the end, when they submitted the applications, an error occurred, and they did not inform me about it. I thought everything was going smoothly because I didn't hear anything from them, but later I found out that there was a system error and my green card had expired. I believe this was the lawyers' fault because if they had been doing their job and informed me about the error, I would have corrected it in time. I received no compensation or apology, and I do not recommend them.
