My very first time needing legal counsel!! In the beginning I was nervous about my son being treated as simply a statistic, and I was missing the 'Personal' touch. While I understand the 'Team' concept at Kavinoky Law - I wasn't prepared to hear that another lawyer would now be representing my son right after the first hearing! Why?? Nobody explained it. I did the work to find alternative sentencing options such as rehab, not our initial lawyer; and felt as though if I knew the Penal code - I could've uttered the few sentences to the judge that he did! All of a sudden, I get an email stating we'll have a new attorney!! Can you say 'Nervous as hell or What the hell is it now?' All of that stress vanished when my son and I met THOMAS TAM!! Here was my 'Personal' touch!! He tenderly carried this Mother's heart and my son's fears effortlessly - almost daily contact, and immediate updates on even the slightest of issues. He WAS THERE FOR US!! My son was looking at a seven year sentence for DUI with GBI - he served seven weeks and entered a one year rehab nine days ago. THOMAS TAM saved two lives with his legal expertise and I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM to anyone seeking legal competence. He's MORE THAN WORTH the cost! Thank you Mr. Tam!

I have personally watched how well this firm works together and would NOT recommend another. Michael Meehan has become a personal friend of mine and for lack of better terms, HE KNOWS HIS SHI* He knows the law. He continually, over and over and over again, made absolute sure to impress what the law states and turns out, he is correct. It was truly a pleasant, relaxing, and fun experience. I know not something you would expect to hear from a law firm. But it was. Everyone there was helpful and everyone had prompt and good information. I would explain my side to them and they were so understanding!!! And they would make me feel calm with their words. I will totally recommend this law firm for first timers (like myself) and to anyone else for that matter.
