Worst attorney office DO NOT HIRE THEM. I'm Having a conflict with them where they PROVIDE INFO to the mother of the kids WHERE she was NOT in the Accident just because she's a Fam/friend of her and I won't provide Pics here because everything its !!CONFIDENTIAL!!

I was injured at as strip mall while I was "on duty" with work. I called several attorneys only to get sent to voicemail, which was undetrstandable, as it was over the weekend. David Gonor was the only attorney that returned my call. I am so blessed that it was him that returned my call as he turned out to be an AMAZING attorney. From the time I hired him until the case was settled and I had the check in my hand, he was always on top of everything. David kept me informed of all that was going on and more importantly educated me on the whole process, which allowed me to ask more pertinent questions. David never allowed the opposing attorneys to be in control. He always displayed a high level of professionalism, while exuding a down to earth persona. He made sure everything about my case was taken into consideration and worked hard to make sure it was a fair and decent settlement. Also, I had moved out of state in the middle of my cases, as David is licensed to work in other states, not only was I able to continue with him, he always made arrangements that I did not have to return to California for any proceedings whatsoever, which was a big bonus to me. I cannot express how thankful and grateful that I had David Gonor as my attorney. He also recommended a Workers' Compensation attorney to me as I was not getting the proper and timely medical care I needed through Workers' Comp. So wherever, in the United States, you are located, I would absolutely and highly recommend you to entrust your case to DAVID GONOR.

My client-attorney experience with David Gonor was outstanding. All in all my experience with David Gonor was great. A lawyer I had previously was trying to go after assets and I guess figured out there were none and told me he couldn't be my lawyer anymore. The adjectives I would use that best describe my experience with David are passionate about his job, compassionate and committed to representing his client, knowledge of the law, good judgment, and great communicator at explaining in layman terms the process at every stage. He made sure I was informed and updated on any turn of events related to the case via telephone and email. I never had to call David to inquire about the progress, unless I was returning his call. In my case, David's good judgment resulted in the best outcome for me. That being said, I had full trust in David’s professionalism, expertise, and ability to represent me, and he did an EXCELLENT job. I am happy with the outcome of my case, and would highly recommend David Gonor to anyone looking for an attorney who focuses on the best interest of his clients.

I will be 50 in a few months and I have never had the need for an attorney till last year when I got hurt while staying at Oceanside suite up the coast. When I got home I tried calling their cooperate office, just hoping to get an apology and maybe even some of our money back. I was blown off and I never received a call and was never shown any concern of any kind. A friend of mine referred me to David M. When I called he actually answered the phone and we talked for almost an hour about what happened and if I had any options. He explained everything very slowly to me and spoke to me with words that any average Joe could understand. He did not set any unreal expectations; he gave me a very simple & clear time lime on how this could all go. He was always there over the last year when I had just the simplest of questions to me needing something explained to me again on why things happen in the ways they do. Me not knowing how this all really worked from time to time I would tell my wife after I would hang up with David; “Not sure how much that call is going to cost or add to my bill”. Thinking yes I did read the agreement I signed with David and his firm but I just knew there were going to be hidden fees that I would never know about till the end when it was time to settle my payout. Well I am here to tell you. David and his firm never charged me a dime for the any of the many questions I had over the phone, by email or text over the last year. They only charged me for services like getting my medical records etc… because I just couldn’t figure out where to go or who to even request my records from. The fees I was charged I was very aware of and they were in no way out of line or overpriced. These fees were taken off the top of my settlement, this whole process never cost me a dime out of my pocket. If you are looking for a fair and honest attorney to handle your case, one that will not sugar coat it, one that will take the time to help you understand the process then you need to call David. He gave me a # in the beginning when I asked, and he didn’t really want to answer it but he did and he hit that # in the end. I couldn’t be happier. As dumb luck would have it, as I said I am turning 50 this year and I have never been in a car accident in my entire adult life. Well 6 months after hiring David I was hit by young kid who ran a red light and totaled my car and put me in the hospital. Well guess who I called before I even left the ER? I will add another review after this case settles and thus far David has handled this one just like my first case. Rob

I was in a horrible car accident that could have left me paralyzed. I wasn't able to work for almost a year and David did the diligence to get me financially stable. I didn't know what I deserved but he did. He went above and beyond on my behalf to make sure I was taken care of. He is very kind, personable, trustworthy and honest. I read these reviews of David Gonor on here and realize how the PI case universe if extremely unfair... I realize the people that had 1-star reviews did not get the outcome they were seeking. My experience with David was so good I have a tough time seeing the same person that some people have reviewed. Kind, thoughtful, and efficient would be the descriptive terms I would use. He was given a messy case that had spent nearly 18 months with another firm that had not gotten anywhere from the start. On the surface, I thought this case was simple. We then found out many elements of PI cases in California even when the police report is clearly in your favor. Geico had tried to not accept any part of the liability because the client denied he was responsible even though he explained he was to the police on the scene. David went to work and had the ball rolling right away. Within 6 months we had progressed from filings to interrogatories and depositions and finally the settlement phase and frankly, I had given up hope on even getting the expenses paid. But David worked hard and I walked away with a cash settlement. VERY PLEASED with all the service Mr. Gonor offered and put forth in this matter.
