I never do reviews but I felt the need to because I’m so thankful I finally receive my paychecks again! I recently filed in the beginning of July and went through a telephonic court hearing to do so because of COVID! The process was super smooth and simple but I did have to sit through a little over an hours worth of other cases before I finally heard my name and it lasted no longer than 5mins! Once I got off the phone I felt so relieved! This was my first bankruptcy and Kian and his team were really professional, answered all my questions and most of all they helped take a very large burden off my shoulders! The absolute best when it comes to handling bankruptcy! They do not pass any judgment upon you - they are simply there to help. I found them to be honest, reliable and timely. The support staff is extremely friendly and very informative. The lawyers have great interpersonal skills and are very upfront about the costs, the process and timelines. When the day came, one of the lawyers accompanied us to court and thoroughly explained the process and what next steps would take place. It felt like forever when the court finally issued the discharge, but when it finally was, it was a huge relief. We were able to keep our car and got the rest of the debt handled through court. The whole process was very smooth. I highly recommend their services if you need a bankruptcy lawyer!

David represented me in a real estate case where we had been accused of misleading necessary repairs to the property. The claim asked for ~160k in damages. David was easy to work with, clearly had a fantastic grip of real estate law and was able to point out flaws in their theory, documents they had missed, and many other mistakes they made which led to us getting the case taken care of for 10k.
