I found Evan initially when I was getting divorced. He fought for me, made me keenly aware of the ramifications of the dissolution agreement, gave me advice and helped me craft something which worked for both me and my ex-wife. When I got remarried, five years later, I used Evan to draw up a pre-nuptial agreement. Again, he was always looking out for my interests while executing a document that took into account my new wife and her well being. Evan also navigated issues regarding other family members and potential estate planning. Besides that, he is a really great guy and very easy to talk to. I highly recommend him for all your divorce/pre-nup/whatever needs.

I was a client of Leeds, Wender and Rosenthal over a 12 month period. I wouldn’t recommend this firm to represent anyone. My case was very simple. No property, no children, no spousal support, yet somehow they managed to drag out the process over 12 months and over 12 thousand of dollars later I was still no closer to ending the divorce proceeding than I was when I retained Evan and this law firm. You will not receive aggressive representation from this firm. They instead took advantage of my nativity and vulnerability. They did not expedite the process but rather only complicated matters. In the end I fired them and took care of business myself in less than 3 months.
