David and his team made me feel they were MY TEAM from day one. I never felt alone or in the dark. No matter how many calls or emails I sent, I always got a response when they had an answer to my inquiry. On September 2018, I was badly rear ended by a Chevy Tahoe. I drove a 2008 small Civic. When I finally got home that evening after going to urgent care for my pain and to get X-rays. I noticed my car being towed onto my driveway. I saw it's damage. Immediately I thought, "the car is totaled I wonder if this pain I feel now will get worse the next day?" I called David’s office Sunday and they patched me through and David answered the phone. Crystal was the point person and from the very beginning she helped me schedule my appointments to get better. She helped me get my car paid for immediately. Helped communicate with my employer about my circumstances. And kept me posted on the case. Even with the twists and turns of this case, David and his team helped me understand the process. They're a busy crew. I've seen it first had. In fact, some of my wife's family works for other law firm that handle accident cases and they tell us how busy their smaller firms are. But David and his team got me what was possibly fair. We've recommended several people to David and even those that didn't have a case say that David and his team were profesional and thoughtful.
