Overall great customer service! Jasmine was very kind and Rojelio was very professional helping me through the entire process of my case. Brad and Linda helped me wrap up my case very fast and helped me seek the most compensation. I would 100% recommend bringing your case to the Wallace firm

I personally would not recommend this firm. In the past week and a half I have called approx. 13 times. Talked to Jessica who promised me numerous times to call me back. Not once did she or anyone else there. I would have preferred that they tell me to go pound sand then to consistently tell me that they would call back. I would have looked for someone else. We had a statue of limitations of only less than 2 weeks left and lost out on a settlement.
