I hired Mr. Gersh and his entire firm for a multi-million dollar business dispute with exigencies that required immediate and expert action. I was promised both. I received neither. Four weeks later having received almost NO action, still not being in Court, seeing what I felt was terrible work product, having virtually no questions asked by any of them about the facts nor answers to almost any of my questions, I fired Gersh. For work that was worth between $0.00 and negative $0.00 in my opinion, and that even an average first year lawyer I believe could have done far better, Mr. Gersh has billed me for about $60,000, keeping my $40,000 deposit, and claiming that I owe him $20,000. He seems to delegate by far most of his work to lawyers that seem to have almost no business in a case of my magnitude, and personally, I think he was not honest, competent, or a good attorney. I do not know about anyone else who has come into contact with him but the way I see it, he and his firm ripped me off!

Jeff listened to what we wanted and went for closure continually educating us at to our options and alternatives. Explained all information in detail so we had no surprise as the result of a decision. Loved that we were given the tough, aggressive, animalistic option along with the more conciliatory option. We did not want to pay thousands in fees just to harrass, but wanted to get the best deal possible. In our case we had a deadline of December 31st and he stuck to us to the last minute.
