It’s hard to just list a few reasons why this man has 5 stars ! If I could give more I would. He helped me immensely over the course of 4 months with my criminal case . Constantly kept reaching out to the DA , updating me every step of the way. Any time I had a question , or concern or a moment of panic all I had to was email or call and he would respond right away and bring me back to staying calm. He constantly gave me advice , even with my family case which he wasn’t even assigned too . As a single mom my kids would be very loud while I was on the phone with him and he would always reassure me “it’s ok I understand I have kids too” after me saying sorry a million times for the interruptions . Not only is he professional , but he’s aggressive In a good way , he shows that your case is important to him and he works very hard and he’s amazing at what he does . He’s very smart, understanding , and most importantly he’s honest . He will tell you how it is , there’s no grey area.

I unfortunately got in the middle of a police chase. This was my first car accident and it was very scary!! Luckily I was not injured besides a whiplash, but my leased car (only 1 year old) was done. I realized I had to get a lawyer and thankfully I found Ross Erlich!!! He worked with me on this case and I ended up getting all of my chiropractor expenses, hospital bills etc. paid for (about $3500), I got the old car paid off and had even extra money left over to put down on a new car and I got an additional $8300 for pain and suffering from the settlement. I have to tell you that Ross is just the best. He helped me when no one else could. I unjustly got a red light ticket - they said I was in the red for over 13 seconds, but that's not even possible - and Ross worked with me to help get it dismissed. It was a unique circumstance because even though red light cameras are no longer in use in LA City, they are in use in some other random places like Metro bus ways, which is where was unjustly given the ticket. Ross delivered convincing arguments to the Judge and helped get this dismissed for me when it looked like I would have to pay a big fine and either go to traffic school or suffer points on my license for something I didn't do. If you need help with tickets Ross Erlich is the best.

I was referred to Ross by another lawyer friend of mine for two speeding tickets that I wanted to contest. I was able to get hold of Ross on phone to explain my ticket situation and he said he will do his best to get them dismissed. With all the Covid chaos and court delays, he was able to stay on top of everything and worked his magic to get both tickets dismissed. I was so grateful. Thank you so much Ross.

Ross is an incredibly competent and professional lawyer. There wasn’t a moment where I had any ambiguity about what was happening or the work he was accomplishing on my behalf. Even after all legal issues were resolved, Ross continued to provide excellent advice. Ross constantly went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations. If anyone I know is in need of legal aid, Ross is always my first call.

I don't write Google reviews but felt in this situation, Ross deserves to be commended on his work. Ross represented a family member in a very complex criminal case. I can't say enough good things about how he handled the case ( we won!) I have had the unpleasant experience of dealing with many lawyers over the years and Ross changed that experience for me. He goes far and above to make you feel comfortable and confident in whatever type of situation you may be dealing with. Most attorneys look at clients as numbers on a spreadsheet; with Ross if feels like he becomes a true friend and will do everything he can to help. I'd give more than 5 stars if possible. I reached out to Jeffrey with just questions, he promptly called me back and I told him I just needed an opinion. He was very eager to help and answered all my questions. He never asked for anything in return, only saying that if I needed anything else to let him know and he would be there for me. I’m not sure if I need a lawyer yet but the fact that he took time out of his busy day to listen and offer his advice for nothing in return shows me he is a stand up guy! As a working professional, time is a commodity that I lack, spending time at the court house or jail was not an option. Jeffrey made a very nerve racking process easy, he went to court for me, avoided jail time and worked with the Judge to get me the best and fair judgment. Thank you sir, you are the best! Oh and he's works with payment, which was a life saver during the holidays.

Three years later notified that there was a bench warrant for my son due to an alleged incident. Was referred to Mr. Vallens who immediately met with us putting us at ease that he would research the alleged event and advise. Through his investigation it was concluded that the court process was not properly followed and we had a very good chance to bring the case before a judge for potential dismissal. Mr. Vallens represented my family and kept us updated throughout the process. The case came before a judge and a dismissal proceeding was ruled! We thank him for his efforts and true professionalism!
