I have mixed feelings about this law firm because our case has been in litigation for almost 3 years and I feel as though we were sidelined. We were rear ended in February 2022 and I was not at fault so you would think it’s a pretty easy and clear cut case. I am hurt and my daughter still complains about her injuries till this day. Subsequently for the first year while we were seeing their doctors I was in consistent contact with their team however for past year and a half, it’s like we don’t even exist. I don’t know, each case is different but I have a few friends that have already received settlements for their accidents in half the time. We did wait a few weeks to seek counsel however when I noticed that my daughter and I weren’t getting better and the insurance companies ignored my phone calls I felt it was best to call someone. The car that we were driving was severely damaged with a considerable cost to fix as well as out of pocket rental fees. I would suggest that anyone who is hurt doesn’t put off legal and medical treatment or advice. I would also recommend that one shops around because this law firm may not be the best to suit your needs. I left them 3 stars because I am unhappy with a few ways they have handled my case and especially while one has lingering injuries.

From the very beginning until the very end of this process, the entire team has been professional, courteous, and sympathetic, not to mention efficient. At first I was curious and nervous about the legal process for a personal injury. Bart Seemen was my initial contact and he answered every question and was inquisitive about the incident. He laid out the process, plan, and spelled out what steps and documents I needed to procure. He made it very easy for me to understand what I needed to do in order for them to do their job effectively and efficiently. It showed a level of professionalism that demonstrated and convinced me that I had a professional team on my side. AD Williams was the lawyer that helped me with the following steps. He was very clear about what the defendants could or would do and he gave me a sense of comfort and ease during the entire process. He was honest about what was to happen next and sure enough everything he said would happen happened. Overall the entire firm is exceptional. The level of care from beginning to end is next level.
